2) hereby to grant permission to Faculty Association SHARE to annually deduct the membership fee of €15,40 from the bank account as stated above until cancellation of his/her membership. Cancellation of membership needs to be submitted before July 1st by mailing to [email protected]
3) hereby to subscribe for the weekly mail.
4) hereby that he/she agrees that your photos taken by Faculty Association SHARE can be used for (internal) marketing purposes such as social media, internet and printed publications. You always reserve the right to withdraw this permission by sending an email to [email protected]
