Welcome to the ‘Members of’ page. On this page, we will introduce some of SHARE’s members to you, so you can get to know the members of our Faculty Association. You will be introduced to students who follow a double bachelor’s degree, to students with a postponed binding study advice (BSA), master students and many more!

If you have a request on who you would like to meet, or are you interested in a student who is in a special situation (minor, internship, sports at a high level) please let us know by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

Tim and Imad: guides for a group of first-year students during the Eurekaweek

We are Imad and Tim and we are in our second year of the Bachelor program Health Sciences, policy and management. Last summer, we were both guides for a group of first-year students during the Eurekaweek. We found this to be a very enjoyable experience and we will be guiding again this year!

Merlijn: A student in the Faculty Council

My name is Tessa, and I am a third-year student of the bachelor Health Policy and Management. In my third year I did an internship abroad in Tanzania together with 4 other students.

My name is Tyco, and I study both “Health Policy and Management” and “Economics and Business Economics”. I really do enjoy studying both and I wouldn’t change my choice if you gave me the chance. There are of course a few things to consider when making this choice.

Jelle: an ESHPM alumnus and currently working in the life sciences industry

My name is Jelle Klinkhamer, I am 22 years old, an ESHPM alumnus and currently working in the life sciences industry. Since I am still involved in our beautiful study association, as member of the Advisory Board, I was asked to write something about how I got my job, what it is like to be a ‘burger’ rather than ‘student’ and how I am experiencing this transition to adulthood.

Rosa: two different years in a committee

Merel: a student who followed the ESPHM Honours Class

I’m Merel, 21 years old and last year I followed the ESPHM Honours Class, which I will tell you more about. The Honours Class is an in-depth study program in the and designed for motivated students who have achieved good grades in the first year. It equals 15 ECTS and consists of various components, of which your own research is the largest part.

Julia: a mentor for freshmen

My name is Julia van Marrewijk, I’m 21 years old and currently in my third year of the bachelor Health Policy and Management at ESHPM. Besides studying at ESHPM, I am also an ambassador, I’m participating in the education council for the bachelor, I give workgroups to pre-master students and last but not least I’m a mentor for freshmen. Furthermore, I love to spend time with my friends or play sports.

Demi: a student with her own podcast

Hi all! 

My name is Demi Jongejan, I am 22 years old and I am currently following the master Health Care Management. I live in Rotterdam together with my two amazing roomies Bente en Lequisha, who have also studied BMG. In my spare time I love to go out for lunch/dinner or drinks with friends and find all the instaworthy hotspots Rotterdam has to offer. But besides doing all those fun things I also enjoy organizing events (I’ve been part of the events committee for 2 years and organized the Health Business Week last year!) and love to help and inspire people (I have also been a BMG ambassador!).

Guus: Manager of External Relations of the F.T. 38th Board

My name is Guus Janssen and I’m 19 years old. After being a proud ‘Utreger’ for the past 18 years, I started BMG last year at the EUR. In a year, a lot can happen and change. I started as a member of the Dies and Drinks Committee, and this June I was announced as the F.T. Manager of External Relations of the 38th Board of F.A. SHARE. Do you want to know more?

Two students about the studies BMG and Medicine

My name is Annika Piek and I’m a 21 year old who is currently studying Medicine at the Radboud University. You probably know me already, but for those of you who don’t: My name is Geert van Gils, currently 22 years old, in my second year of the Bachelor program of ESHPM and I am the Treasurer and Vice President of the 37th Board of F.A. Our names are Constantijn and Karolien, and we’ve been working as Student Advisors at ESHPM for over a year now. Our role is to support and guide students throughout their academic career at ESHPM. Jessica: a student with a job in the health care sector

My name is Jessica Vu Dinh and I’m 21 years old. I’m in the second year of the bachelor program Health Policy and Management and this year’s chairman of the Events Committee. Furthermore, I love to spend time with my friends and I’m always up for a spontaneous adventure. I thought this bachelor looked very interesting to me, because I have always been interested in healthcare, but I couldn’t picture myself as a doctor. So this study was the perfect solution. Are you interested in finding a job in the health care sector?

Emiel: a student who is part of the Student panel of ESHPM

Emiel here. Currently 21 years old and still living at home, but planning to move out this summer. Besides studying at ESHPM, I am also an ambassador, following the honours programme and participating in the education council for the bachelor and student panel. Femke: a student who chose to do the internship abroad

My name is Femke Stoffels, 21 years old and currently in my third year of the bachelor Health Policy and Management at ESHPM. Before I even started my first year at Erasmus University I had already heard about the possibilities to go abroad in the third year. I knew right away that I wanted to take this chance to experience another healthcare system in addition to the Dutch one. Are you interested to do an internship aboard?

My name is Janneke, I’m 19 years old and currently in my second year of the Bachelor Health Policy and Management at ESHPM. Besides studying I’m member at the hockey club Never Less and also like to hang out with my friends and go clubbing once in a while. I got a deferred BSA last year, because I did not succeed in passing the test from the fourth period in the first year. Maureen: a student who has followed the Global Health minor

My name is Maureen, I’m 20 years old and currently in my third year of the bachelor Health Policy and Management at ESHPM. I started my third year with a minor abroad. I love to travel and always had in mind to immediately take the opportunity for a far journey when it came my way.
