Confidant

Katja Rasha

The Manager of Education, Katja Rasha, holds the role of confidant within the association. Katja is currently in her third year of pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Management.

If you have encountered any distressing situations within the association, you are encouraged to reach out to the confidant. Our association firmly stands against any form of bullying, aggression, discrimination, or sexual harassment. If this still occurs, you can talk to her about this in confidence.

Additionally, you can approach her if you are going through a difficult phase in your life or simply seek someone of your own age to talk to. Being a fellow student, the confidant understands the challenges of student life. She is here to lend a sympathetic ear, as sometimes discussing your worries can provide relief on its own. If further assistance is needed, the confidant will work with you to explore the most suitable options for help, guidance, or support.

It’s important to note that all conversations with her are kept confidential, and she will only involve other parties if you provide explicit consent. You can contact her by visiting the boardroom (J7-35), approaching her during an event, or sending an email to [email protected]

Mariëlle van Leeuwen

If you are not comfortable talking about confidential matters with a board member, you can also go to ESHPM’s confidential counsellor Mariëlle van Leeuwen. You can reach her by sending an email to [email protected] or visit her room in Van der Goot building, 7th floor, room 40.
